Hydra Service KickStart Tool 2025

A set of high-quality product illustrations showcasing the Hydra Services Kick Start Tool. Created as a personal talent showcase, this project reused assets from a previous job and expanded them into a polished, studio-quality presentation rendered in Redshift.

My Role

Sole Creator: Responsible for every stage of production—from modeling and lighting to rendering, compositing, and 2D graphic elements.

Responsibilities

• Modeling: Built the client’s Kick Start Tool model with clean geometry and accurate proportions.

• Materials & Lookdev: Applied all materials and established the product’s final look.

• Lighting: Set up lighting in 3DS Max to achieve a clean, professional illustration style.

• Camera Placement: Positioned cameras to highlight important product angles and features.

• 2D Overlays: Designed and applied supporting text overlays and graphic elements to enhance clarity.

• Rendering: Rendered the product illustrations in Redshift with high-quality output settings.

• Compositing: Combined passes and performed final adjustments in compositing to achieve a polished, presentation-ready result.

• Personal Project Note: Created independently as a talent demonstration using adapted assets from an older Hydra job.
